Discerning the Mind of Christ Together
Dear Presbytery Commissioner,
Thank you for being here today! We hope you find a warm welcome in this place. Your time is valuable to us, so we'll do everything we can to use it wisely.
As Presbyterians, we seek to do life and faith deeply together. Whether as individuals or congregations, we're connected to each other in worship and mission, fellowship and governance. Your presence today demonstrates your commitment to the larger purposes of God in this region and throughout the world.
As a commissioner, you serve a vital role by linking your congregation to the other congregations of our Presbytery, as well as the work of our denomination. May the vision, people and resources of our larger fellowship together be of support to you and to your congregation, as you serve Christ's purposes in the world.
